Sold a home in 2023

Working with Kathy was an amazing experience. She is extremely dedicated, knowledgeable & always available. She went above and beyond & made the daunting process of selling our home of 52 years enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Attentive and observant to what a client is looking for

First and foremost I would like to emphasize what a great realtor Kathy is. She is by far one those rare gem of employee’s that go out of their way to make sure her clients find their ideal home. She is organized, knowledgeable, sympathetic, attentive and observant to what a client is looking for when renting or buying a home. I, personally, had the honor of having her as my realtor. She helped me nonstop until we found a place that was safe, affordable and good for my children and I. House hunting can be a bit overwhelming sometimes but with her sense of humor and patience it made my experience less stressful. I cannot thank her enough for all the hard work she put in to help find us a place. I would recommend Kathy over and over again to anyone looking to rent, buy or sell their home.

“Kathy took care of me like family.”

Kathy took care of me like family. She was considerate, fair and honest to both the buyer and myself. From start to finish she was very responsive, kind, and a constant professional. I never felt her to be the typical salesperson. She was very personal, honest and had a great sense of humor which helped during stressful negotiations. I even had her help me find a rental on a condo I owned. Kathy's hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off for me.

I couldn’t be happier.

I trust Kathy. She's done an excellent job helping us sell the house. She helped us learn about the market, choose the proper price range, prep the house for sale, find and negotiate with contractors, pick offers, and work diligently with the buyers. And a lot of these were done when I was away attending my family emergency. When I was away, she's gone above and beyond to help my wife deal with all the matters. whenever my wife has a question, she answers. By the time I got back home, the house was not just sold but sold at a much higher price than I expected. I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Kathy!

I realized very early in my search for a home that I would be writing a letter of this nature to you at some point – Kathy has been so amazing to work with. I knew from our first meeting at the very first open house on the very first day that I started my home search, I would be in good hands working with her – and I met a lot of agents that first day! Putting that in perspective during these unusual times where many are working from home, that is a remarkable level of service. I absolutely understand why Pat at Unity Bank is a preferred lender for Christie’s Real Estate – I would use his services again and recommend him, without hesitation.
Professionally, I am an analyst so gathering data for review and making the best decisions for a company is literally my job.
