Kathalin ‘Kathy' Szabo is a Broker Associate who has held a real estate license since 1985. She specializes in residential real estate, representing both buyers and sellers.
Kathy believes educating her clients is a key to success. Since 1992, she owned a technology training company focused on helping individuals, of all skill levels, to learn and navigate computers. Long ago, Kathy found the computer to be an essential tool in facilitating learning and communication. In real estate, it is no different with her clients. She takes joy in helping educate her clients throughout the buying and selling process. Before transitioning to residential sales, she worked in the industrial real estate sector.
In her spare time, Kathy enjoys hiking, cooking and spending time with good friends and family. She counts Spectrum for Living and Covenant House, Newark as a charities close to her heart.
